This one of a kind choker features a cold forged copper centerpiece with rustic leather straps. The gemstone featured in this necklace is a natural iridescent Labradorite gem. I make all my wearable art pieces from scratch, each one takes many hours to create and each is a labor of love.
The centerpiece of this choker measures 2.25 inches long (6cm) and 1 inches at its widest point (2.5cm). The overall necklace length is 11.5 inches long (29cm) and has 2.5 inch extra chain for adjusting the wearable length.
Labradorite was originally found in Canada where it was believed to have the Northern Lights trapped inside it, an easy legend to believe with the otherworldly iridescent color flash. It is known as a stone of transformation, aiding in the stress that accompanies change. Labradorite strengthens intuition and recharges those who are overworked or overwhelmed with life’s stresses.
